Funeral Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 pint of sour cream
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • Cornflakes

Steps

  • Step1
    Mix together cheese onion and hash browns. 

  • Step2

    Place in greased baking dish. 

  • Step3

    Heat soup, butter sour cream and salt together.

  • Step4

    Pour over potatoes and top with cheese and cornflake crumbs.

  • Step5

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
