Mac’s Bloody Caesar

Salt the edge of the glass

Cut lime in half and rub wet lime juice on edge of glass

Grind sea salt onto edge of glass, rolling glass to cover inside and outside of glass

Squeeze juice from ½ lime into glass

Shake 4 shakes of Tabasco into glass

Shake 4 shakes of Worcestershire sauce into glass

Scoop ¼ teaspoon minced horseradish into glass

Put 3 green olives on toothpick, drop into glass

Put ice into glass

Pour vodka in glass (about 1/3 up the glass)

Fill glass to the top with Clamato juice

Stir with celery stalk using up/down motion
